CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes el Auto del 8 de septiembre de 2015, proferido por el despacho del Magistrado Sustanciador en el proceso D-10919, Jorge Ivan Palacio Palacio, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Ramiro Rodriguez Lopez contra los articulos 3o (parcial), 5o, 8o (parcial) y 41 (parcial) de la Ley 1676 de 2013.
  2. Segundo. COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision al recurrente, informandole que contra la misma no procede recurso alguno.
